No experience necessary. This 30 min practice (immediately following Yoga Mind Flow on Wednesdays, class does not have to be attend) is open to all who want to experience progressive body relaxation and be lead into a guided meditation. Breath by breath you are lead on a journey to help ease the body and mind into it’s own innate ability to relax, rest and restore. Allow yourself to enter into a state of pure relaxation and bliss. By cultivating peace you reduce stress and initiate the body to heal as well as connect to your own inner wisdom.
