Slow Deep Yin Flow

This 90 min class is designed to easy the body, heart and mind. This class starts with a slow vinyasa flow to warm the body and combines yin yoga postures that are held for a longer period of time to target the  connective tissue,fascia, tendons and ligaments. The aim is to bring balance to the internal organs, increase (chi) energy flow, lubricate the joints,improve flexibility and calm the nervous system and mind.
