Yoga ​Mind Flow

This 60min class will not only increase your physical flexibility and endurance but also helps you to gain mental flexibility by causing a mental shift to shape your mind in a positive way. This class will wake you up to hear the inspiration you need to help put you back on track to thinking positive in order to feel great. Before class therapeutic essential oils are applied by light massage and acupressure points are stimulated to help warm up the body in a warm nurturing way. During the yoga practice you will always be brought back to your breath as a tool to help silence the mental chatter to make room for positive affirmations that will help you move through body and mind to cultivate a happier healthier sense of being.  Class ends with a guided meditation and some light hands on adjustments.
